SHIPPING TIMES

The time needed to prepare the painting for packing and shipping with a courier will vary.  But most likely paintings will be shipped out 1 to 3 business days after payment is received and cleared.  Once the painting is shipped, you will receive an email from me regarding the shipping and tracking number. Please contact me if you have any concerns.

THESE ARE ESTIMATED TIMES:

Within Canada: 3-5 business days

United States: 5-10 business days

Outside of North America: 8-15 business days

I will do my utmost best to adhere to these shipping times, but I cannot guarantee these times as some situations may be beyond my control.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Most times original paintings are not charged duty, but I cannot guarantee this. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Ship items back within: 20 days of delivery

I cannot accept order cancellations once it’s in progress.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
